Justo Mwale University (JMU) is owned by the Reformed Church in Zambia (RCZ). The University is governed by a Board composed of members who represent participating Churches. The number of Board members is determined by the number of enrolled students. The Reformed Church in Zambia has four members on the Board.
The University College Board formulates policies, approves annual budgets, determines procedures for operations and control, and delegates broad authority to the Administration to operate the Institution.
